摘要
针对存在问题对大课间体育活动进行改革,设计八极拳大课间体育活动干预方案以提高中学生参加大课间操的积极性和锻炼效果。以吉林省长春市200名中学生为实验对象,进行十六周的运动健身干预方案实验教学。结果表明:八极拳活动干预对中学生的心血管系统、身体柔韧性具有非常明显的促进作用,对中学生的平衡能力、腹部肌肉力量(女)和减少腹部脂肪厚度具有较好的促进作用,对中学生的身体锻炼价值的认识能力有非常明显的提高,对中学男生的心肺功能、身体柔韧性有非常明显的促进作用,对减少腹部皮脂厚度也有较好的效果;对中学女生的心肺功能、身体柔韧性、平衡能力以及腹部脂肪厚度的减少具有非常明显的促进作用,对于女生的握力和腹肌力量的提高也有积极的促进作用,提高了女生对自身身体动作能力价值的认知与评价水平。
A reform is carded out as to the sports activities during the break and Ba Ji Quan intervening program of physi- cal activities during the break is designed to enhance middle school students' enthusiasm in taking part in and the effect of setting - up exercises during the break. The research takes the 200 middle school students in Changchun city, Jilin province as the experimental subjects, and experimental teaching of exercise intervening program that lasts ten weeks is conducted. The results show that the intervention of Ba Ji Quan has quite an obvious effect in promoting both middle school boys and girls' cardiovascular function and physical flexibility, enhancing middle school girls' ability to balance and in decreasing the thickness of the sebaceous film of abdomen. It is also rather effective in promoting middle school students' awareness of the value of physical exercises and is relatively effective in enhancing schoolgirls' power of gripping and strength of ab- domen. The program enhances the students' cognitive and evaluation level of their own physical motor ability value.
