摘要
"体教结合"模式是我国竞技体育人才开发的有益的尝试,有利于培养具有体育素质和文化素质优秀的竞技体育人才。从分析我国实施"体教结合"模式的必要性出发,揭示出"体教结合"模式实施的诸多障碍,提出了有针对性的削弱和祛除障碍的路径,为我国竞技体育人才开发提供有价值的借鉴和指导。
The model of ＂combination of Sports and education＂ is a beneficial attempt to develop China＇ s competitive sports talents. There is the benefit to cultivate competitive sports talents with cultural qualities and sports qualities. From the analysis of the necessity to carry out＂ combination of sports and education＂, the article reveals the obstacles to carry it out, and proposes the paths to weaken and dispel the obstacles, which provides the valuable reference and guidance to develop China＇ s competitive sports talents.
