我国女子跆拳道优秀选手训练监控创新研究 被引量:1

摘要 运用专家访谈法、逻辑分析法等,以工程学理论中监控环节为切入点,对我国跆拳道女子优秀选手训练监控进行了创新性研究。研究认为训练监控在整个训练过程中贯穿始终,为训练规划和训练实施提供了必要的保障;生理机能监控能够保证训练的科学化、具体化,防止过度训练及运动损伤的发生,从而使身体机能获得更高水平的转化;训练过程评估可对训练质量和阶段赛事进行有效的监控与评价,对进一步提高训练和比赛的水平做出正确的判断和把握。 The author, using expert questionnaire method, logical analYSiS and mathematical statistics, etc. , and taking moni- tor link in engineering theory as the breakthrough point, studied Chinese taekwondo women's outstanding athletes training on the different link monitoring. The results show that throughout monitoring in the whole training process, training provid- ed the necessary safeguard for the training planning and implementation ;physiology training monitoring could ensure scien- tific and concrete, and prevent excessive training and sports injuries, which made the body function transformation obtain a higher level;training process evaluation had an effective monitoring and evaluation on training quality and stage events, in order to make the right judgment and grasp for further improving the level of training and competition.
