Cost calculation of adding bittern in production of caustic soda

根据江苏省盐海化工有限公司的生产实践,分别对掺两种卤水时的原盐、卤水、除铵、脱硝、蒸汽、除钙镁6项成本进行了计算,为掺卤制碱企业提供一套简单可行的成本预算方法;并探讨了掺卤制碱工艺中卤水的选择,证明Na2SO4是目前制约卤水使用的主要质量因素。

On the basis of experience that Jiangsu Province Yanhai Chemical Industry Co. , Ltd. gained from production, the crude salt cost, the bittern cost, the ammonium removal cost, the sulfate removal cost, steam cost, and the calcium/magnesium removal cost when＇ two kinds of different bittern were added respectively in the production of caustic soda were calculated. A simple and feasible cost budgeting method was provided for enterprises that partially used bittern to produce caustic soda. The selection of bittern used for producing caustic soda was discussed. Sodium sulfate proved to be an important factor of restricting the＇ addition of bittern.
