摘要
目的分析腹腔积液生化检验指标及其效果,探讨腹腔积液生化检验在临床中的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析2010年2月—2011年2月76例腹腔积液初诊患者腹腔积液生化检验指标及效果。结果对于恶性患者,其腹腔积液中胆固醇和乳酸脱氢酶含量增高;对于结核性患者,其腹腔积液中的腺苷脱氨酶含量明显增高;对于细菌性腹腔积液患者,糖有很重要的鉴别作用。结论对于鉴别腹腔积液性质、来源,联合应用腹腔积液中生化指标,能有效提高检验效果,其具有较高敏感度和准确度,而且费用低廉,有一定的临床应用价值,适合基层医院应用。
Objective To analyze the inspection of ascites biochemical indicators and their effects, to investigate the result of ascites biochemical test in the clinical diagnostic value. Methods The biochemical tests indicators and effects of 76 patients with aseites newly diagnosed from February 2010 to February 2011 were retrospectively analyzed. Results Total cholesterol and lactate dehydrogenase levels increased in malignant ascites. Adenosine deaminase was significantly higher in patients with tuberculous ascites. Glucose content is very imPortant to identify bacterial ascites. Conclusion Identification of properties and source of ascites combined with ascites biochemical markers can effectively improve sensitivity of the tests with high specificity, low cost, the method is appropriate to primary hospital.
