摘要
通过对AOD-CB法生产低碳铬铁反应过程的分析、论述及工艺探讨,全面讨论了吹氧反应过程的热力学理论及操作控制。试验结果证明,采取阶段吹炼工艺、及时调整氧枪、制定合理的造渣制度以及用氮气替代氩气的一系列操作措施是完全可行的。
It makes an analytic elaboration on the craft and the reaction process of adopting AOD-CB method to produce low carbon FeCr, discusses the thermodynamic theory and operation control in oxygen blowing reaction. The experiment result proves that it's feasible to substitute nitrogen gas for argon gas by taking measures such as applying stage blowing, adjusting oxygen lance in time, setting out slag formation regime.
