摘要
结合铁合金生产企业的竣工环境保护验收监测数据,分析了铁合金生产过程中在加料、冶炼、出铁等环节以及原料场的颗粒物无组织排放的防治现状,从原料堆场的防扬尘措施、物料转运及冶炼无组织集烟措施等方面提出了铁合金生产过程中烟粉尘控制的原则性措施。对铁合金行业无组织烟尘排放治理有一定的指导意义。
Combined with completed environmental protection acceptance monitoring data from some ferroalloys manufacturers in Gansu province, it analyzes particulate matter inorganization emission in terms of charging, smelting and tapping in process as well as its current prevention. For the case, it puts forward principle control measures on stockyard anti-dust, materials transportation and inorganization gas collection in smelting. It has certain guiding significance for inor~,anization flue ~as emission in ferroallovs industry.
