摘要
试验利用碳硫分析仪测量铝锰铁合金中的碳硫,通过对仪器的分析条件、称取试料量和助熔剂进行优化.选择基准物质校正仪器,建立快速分析铝锰铁中碳、硫质量分数的分析方法,测量范围为0.010%-3.00%碳元素,RSD2.78%,回收率95.0%-102.0%,测量范围0.0010%~0.020%硫元素,RSD5.82%,回收率95.0%。102.5%。
The carbon and sulfur contents of A1-Mn-Fe alloy are measured by carbon-sulfur analyzer. A fast analytic method for carbon and sulfur contents of A1-Mn-Fe alloy is established by means of optimizing analytical conditions, the specimen weighting and flux and choosing reference material calibration instrument. The content measurement range, relative standard deviation, and recovery rate for carbon respectively is 0.010% to 3.00%, 2.78 % and 95.0% to 102.0%. The counterpart for sulfur is 0.0010% to 0.020%, 5.82% and 95.0% to 102.5%.
