摘要
目的:总结张力带别针系统(Tension with pin system)在髌骨骨折中的疗效。方法:对36例髌骨骨折采用张力带别针系统治疗,根据术前、术后X线片及术后膝关节功能恢复情况,评定疗效。结果:36例获得随访,随访时间8～15月,平均12月,疗效评价参照Bostman的评定标准,优26例,良7例,可3例。优良率达91.7%。结论:张力带别针系统治疗髌骨骨折具有安全可靠等优点,是治疗髌骨骨折的理想方法。
Objective：To summarize the outcomes of Tension with pin system in the treatment of the Patella fracture.Methods： To select 36 cases with the Patella fractures treated with Tension with pin system and to evaluate the effect according to X-ray photo obtained before surgery and past surgery and according to the function recovery of Knee joint.Results： 36 patients were followed up for8 to 15 monthes,with average 12 monthes.Refering to the estimating means established by Bostman,26 cases were regarded as excellent and 7 good,3 fair.the excellent and good rate was 91.7%.Conclusion： Tension with pin system have some advantages in treatment of the Patella fractures,such as：Safety,It is one of good procedure.
