切除扁桃体三角皱裂减少术后复发的疗效观察

Efficacy of Removal of Tonsils Triangle Ruffling Reduce the Recurrence

目的:探讨扁桃体切除术中切除三角皱裂对减少术后复发的影响。方法:采用回顾性方法分析全麻下行扁桃体切除术的40例患者的临床资料;40例患者依据手术方法的不同分为观察组20例和对照组20例;观察组切除三角皱裂,对照组保留扁桃体三角皱襞。两组患者术后均给予输液抗感染治疗。对术中出血量、手术时间,术后出血发生率、6个月随访等进行比较。结果:观察组出血量、手术时间,术后出血例数发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05);6个月随访,观察组扁桃体残体,扁桃体窝瘢痕明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:扁桃体切除术中切除三角皱裂可减少手术时间、出血量,术后复发事件。

Objective： To explore the Efficacy of the tonsillectomy resection triangle ruffling reduce the recurrence.Methods： A retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 40 patients in anesthesia tonsillectomy;40 patients were divided into observation group 20 cases and control group of 20 patients based on the different surgical methods;the observation group resection triangle ruffling the control group retained tonsiltriangular folds.Patients in both groups were given an infusion of anti-infective therapy.Blood loss,operative time,postoperative bleeding incidence,and 6 months follow-up were compared.Results： The observation group blood loss,operative time,postoperative bleeding number of cases the incidence was significantly lower than the control group（P＆lt;0.05）;6-month follow-up,the observation group tonsil debris,tonsillar fossa the scar significantly lower than the control group（P＆lt;0.05）.Conclusion： The tonsillectomy resection triangle ruffling can reduce operative time,blood loss,postoperative recurrence of events.
