86例帕金森病患者康复治疗探讨

Investigation on Rehabilitation Treatment for 86 Patients with Parkinson's Disease

目的:探究86位帕金森病患者康复治疗的临床疗效。方法:选取我院收治的86位患有帕金森病患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,对所有患者均采用一定程度的药物治疗和康复治疗,持续两个月后观察患者康复前后的症状积分比较。结果:经康复训练后,患者各症状均有明显改善,治疗有效率可达93.02%。结论:康复训练可提高患者的治疗有效率,明显改善患者症状,减轻患者痛苦,提高患者生存质量。

Objective：To explore the clinical effects of rehabilitation treatment for 86 patients with Parkinson’s disease.Methods： The clinical data of 86 patients with Parkinson’s disease in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively.All patients were treated by a certain degree of medication and rehabilitation for two months.Comparison between symptom scores of patients before rehabilitation and those after rehabilitation was observed.Results：After rehabilitation training,all symptoms of patients were significantly improved and the effectiveness rate of treatment achieved 93.02%.Conclusion：The rehabilitation training may increase the effectiveness rate of treatment of patients,significantly improve the symptoms of patients,relieve the sufferings of patients and improve the quality of life of patients.
