摘要
目的:应用FRAX软件评价各年龄段老年骨折患者骨折概率值。方法:选择我院骨科接收的脆性骨折患者400例,采用分成抽样的方法分别对所有患者进行一对一的问卷调查,构成年龄:60～70岁,71～80岁,≥81岁。将调查结果以及7个骨折风险因子录入FRAX系统,计算两组测试对象未来10年主要部位骨折概率值。结果:各年龄组的未来10年主要部位骨折概率值对比,均有明显差异(P<0.05),且每组各年龄组男女骨折概率值对比,具有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论:FRAX系统在评价老年骨质疏松性骨折风险,提高老年健康人群的骨折预防方面具有重要作用。
Objective： FRAX application software evaluation of all ages in elderly patients with fracture of fracture probability value.Methods：400 cases of patients were all one-on-one questionnaire survey,constitute age： 60~70 years old,71~80 years old,≥81 years old.Will the results of the survey and seven fracture risk factor input FRAX system,calculation two groups of test object the next 10 years main part fracture probability value.Results： The age group for the next 10 years main part fracture probability value contrast,all had obvious difference（P＆lt; 0.05）,and each group of each age group of men and women fracture probability value contrast,and had obvious difference（P＆lt;0.05）,.Conclusion： FRAX system in evaluation of senile osteoporosis fracture risk,improve the old healthy crowd fracture prevention is very important.
