530 Newborns Pathological Jaundice Cause Analysis

目的:对新生儿中发生病理性黄疸的原因进行探讨,并提出了相应的治疗预防措施。方法:选取我院收治的530例病理性黄疸的新生儿,对其发生的病理性黄疸的原因进行探讨。结果:新生儿中的病理性黄疸发生的原因较多,包括母乳喂养、感染、溶血性和出血性的疾病、围产因素或者其他原因的综合影响等。结论:新生儿中发生病理性的黄疸,最主要的原因是感染,遗传性因素也占有一定的比例,应该在对其原因分析的基础上,加强对新生儿的护理,避免受到感染,并不断强化对产妇生产前后遗传性疾病的检查力度。

Objective： To neonatal occurred in this paper investigates the causes of the pathological jaundice,and puts forward the corresponding treatment preventive measures.Methods： 530 cases were selected from the pathological jaundice newborns,to the occurrence of the pathological jaundice reasons are discussed.Results： The newborn pathological jaundice happens more reasons,including the breastfeeding,infection,hemolytic and hemorrhagic disease,WeiChan factors or other reasons,such as the comprehensive influence.Conclusion： Neonatal occurred in the pathological jaundice,the main reason is that infection,hereditary factors also occupies certain proportion,should be the reason on the basis of analysis,to strengthen the nursing of newborn,avoid infection,and constantly strengthen maternal production before and after hereditary disease inspection dynamics.
