微创颅内血肿清除术治疗高血性脑出血47例临床观察

The 47 Cases of Observation and Analysis about Minimally Invasive Evacuation of Intracranial Hematoma in the Treatment of High Blood Cerebral Hemorrhage Clinical

目的:探讨微创术清除颅内血肿治疗高血压性脑出血的适应证和效果。方法:对47例脑出血患者进行迅速及时的微创钻孔抽血减压。结果:微创钻孔抽血疗效好,减少了患者传统开颅的痛苦,并且费用低,减轻了患者家庭的经济负担。结论:掌握好患者的适应证与微创术的时间至关重要,病情严重的和出血部位较深的患者,仍然主张外科会诊,酌情进行开颅手术。

Objective：To investigate Indications and therapeutic effect in the minimally invasive removal of intracranial hematoma on hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.Methods：Prompt minimally invasive drilling decompression of blood in the 47 cases of cerebral hemorrhage patients.Results：Minimally invasive trepanation blood curative effect is good,the operation reduces the patient’s pain traditional craniotomy.And the operation cost is low,it can reduce the patients economic burden of their families.Conclusion：It is very important to grasp the patients,the indications and the time of minimally invasive surgery,patients with severe and bleeding at the site of the deep,still stand for surgical consultation,the doctor should be reasonable for craniotomy operation.
