奥曲肽治疗14例急性水肿型胰腺炎疗效分析

Octreotide in the Treatment of 14 Patients with Acute Edematous Pancreatitis Curative Effect Analysis

目的:总结分析对于急性水肿型胰腺炎采用奥曲肽治疗的具体临床效果评价,为后期急性水肿型胰腺炎的临床治疗工作提供参考性建议。方法:选取我院接受治疗的14例急性水肿型胰腺炎患者作为研究的对象,选取我院同期接受治疗而未进行奥曲肽治疗14例急性水肿型胰腺炎患者作为对照对象,其中对照组14例患者采用常规临床治疗,而研究组的14例急性水肿型胰腺炎患者则在对照组治疗的基础上加用奥曲肽治疗,对两组急性水肿型胰腺炎患者的临床治疗效果进行对比分析。结果:两组患者临床症状情况均得到改善,治疗组患者的临床效果明显高于对照组,具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:奥曲肽治疗急性水肿型胰腺炎疗效明显,提高了患者的临床预后效果以及生命健康质量。

Objective： To summarize the analysis for acute edematous pancreatitis using octreotide therapy for specific clinical effect evaluation,as the late acute edematous pancreatitis clinical treatment provide reference suggestions.Methods： From our hospital treatment of 14 cases of acute edematous pancreatitis patients as research object,select the hospital earlier treatment and without octreotide in the treatment of 14 patients with acute edematous pancreatitis patients served as control subjects,14 cases of control group were treated with conventional clinical treatment,while the study group of 14 patients with acute edematous pancreatitis patients in the control group treated with octreotide treatment,two groups of acute edematous pancreatitis clinical therapeutic effects were compared analysis.Results： Two groups of patients with clinical symptoms were improved in the treatment group,the clinical effect was significantly higher than that of the control group,with significant difference（P＆lt;0.05）.Conclusion： Octreotide in treatment of acute edematous pancreatitis curative effect obviously,improve the prognosis of the patients with the effect and quality of life and health,and has popularization and application value.
