匹伐他汀治疗心力衰竭合并阵发性心房颤动的疗效分析

Efficacy of Pitavastatin Treatment of Heart Failure Complicated by Paroxysmal Atrial Fibrillation

目的:探讨匹伐他汀治疗心力衰竭(HF)合并阵发性心房颤动(AF)的临床疗效。方法:HF合并阵发性AF的患者220例,随机分为治疗组(常规治疗+匹伐他汀组,110例)及对照组(常规治疗组,110例)。治疗并随访1年,比较治疗前后左室射血分数(LVEF)、C-反应蛋白(CRP)和脑钠肽(BNP)水平变化。结果:治疗半年后,治疗组LVEF明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组CRP、BNP水平明显低于治疗组(P<0.05)。结论:匹伐他汀能有效减少AF的复发,改善心功能,降低BNP和CRP。

Objective： To explore the pitavastatin treatment of heart failure（HF） clinical efficacy of paroxysmal atrial fibrillation（AF）.Methods： HF complicated by paroxysmal AF of 220 patients were randomly divided into treatment group（conventional treatment ＋ pitavastatin group,110 cases） and control group（conventional treatment group,110 patients）.Treatment and follow-up of 1 year,before and after treatment,left ventricular ejection fraction（LVEF）,C-reactive protein（CRP） and brain natriuretic peptide（BNP） levels.Results： After six months of treatment,the treatment group LVEF was significantly higher（P＆lt;0.05）;treatment group CRP,BNP levels were significantly lower in the treatment group（P＆lt;0.05）.Conclusions： Pitavastatin statins can effectively reduce the recurrence of AF,improve HF and reduce the BNP and CRP.
