扎鲁司特对于支气管哮喘急性发作期的疗效、安全性及患者的情绪的影响

The Effects of Zafirlukast on the Response Rate,Security and Mood of Asthma Acute Phase Patients

目的:本文旨在研究集扎鲁司特对于支气管哮喘急性期的疗效、安全性及患者情绪的影响。方法:选取我院治疗的支气管哮喘患者102例,单盲随机分为两组,分别采用扎鲁司特联合布地奈德和布地奈德。结果:联合用药组的治疗有效率明显高于布地奈德组,安全性较高,并且能够有效地改善患者的情绪状况。结论:扎鲁司特能够安全有效地缓解支气管哮喘患者的症状,同时改善支气管哮喘患者的情绪状况。

Objective：We aim to analyze the clinical value of zafirlukast on the response rate,security and mood of asthma acute phase patients.Methods：Select 102 asthma acute phase patients in our hospital,we divided the patients into 2 groups randomly,the 2 groups received zafirlukast combined with budesonide and budesonide Result： In the combined drugs goup,the response rate is more excellent and safer than control goup,and zafirlukast can improve the mood of the patients effectively.Conclusion： Zafirlukast can treat asthma effectively and safely,in the same time,it can improve the mood of asthma patients obviously.
