孟鲁司特钠咀嚼片治疗62例支气管哮喘患儿的疗效分析

Montelukast Chewable Tablets in the Treatment of 62 Cases of Bronchial Asthma Clinical Analysis

目的:探讨孟鲁司特钠咀嚼片治疗支气管哮喘患儿的临床疗效。方法:124例支气管哮喘患儿按入院单双日随机分成两组,每组各62例,对照组患儿给予常规治疗,观察组患儿在对照组基础上加用孟鲁司特钠咀嚼片治疗,比较两组患儿的临床治疗效果。结果:孟鲁司特钠组患儿咳嗽消失时间、喘憋缓解时间及肺部湿啰音哮鸣音消失时间均优于对照组患儿(P<0.05);孟鲁司特钠组总有效率也优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:孟鲁司特钠咀嚼片治疗婴幼儿支气管哮喘效果明确,不良反应少,安全性高。

Objective：To montelukast chewable tablets in treatment of patients with bronchial asthma clinical curative effect.Methods： 124 cases in children with bronchial asthma at single day were randomly divided into two groups,62 cases in each group,the control group were given conventional treatment,the observation group montelukast ablets in treatment of patients,compared two groups of children with clinical treatment effect.Results：Montelukast sodium group in children with cough disappearance time,Asthmatoid time disappear time than patients in the control group（P＆lt;0.05）;montelukast sodium group total effectiveness is better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P＆lt;0.05）.Conclusion：Montelukast chewable tablets in the treatment of infantile bronchial asthma definite effect,less adverse reaction,high safety.
