莲芪胶囊治疗食道癌80例的疗效观察

The Efficacy Observation of Lianqi Capsule on 80 Patients with Esophageal Cancer

目的:观察莲芪胶囊联合化疗对食道癌患者生存期、生活质量的影响。方法:将80例食道癌患者随机平均分为观察组和对照组。两组均给予在常规治疗(DCF化疗),观察组加用莲芪胶囊。观察患者的有效率,治疗后1、2、3年的生存率,以及不良反应。结果:观察组有效率明显高于对照组(单化疗)(P<0.05)。1、2、3年的生存率观察组相比对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组消化道反应、白细胞下降、血小板下降的发生率均小于对照组。结论:莲芪胶囊联合化疗方案,用于肿瘤辅助治疗,可以改善预后,延长生存期、改善生活质量、增强肿瘤免疫。

Objective： To observe the influence of Lianqi capsule combined with chemotherapy on the lifetime and quality of life of patients with esophageal cancer.Methods： 80 cases of esophageal cancer patients were randomly divided into 2 groups.The control group was given conventional therapy（DCF chemotherapy）,the test group was given Lianqi capsule based on the conventional therapy.Observe the efficiency,the survival rate of 1st,2nd and 3rd year after treatment,and adverse reactions.Results： The efficacy rate of test group was significantly higher than that of control group（P＆lt;0.05）.The 1,2 and 3-year survival rate of test group is statistically significant（P＆lt;0.05） in contrast to that of the control group.The incidence rate of gastrointestinal reactions,leukopenia and platelet decline of test group were less than that of the control group.Conclusion： The using of Lianqi capsule combined with chemotherapy for cancer adjuvant therapy can prolong lifetime,improve quality of life and enhance tumor immunity.
