因质施护对葡萄膜炎患者辅助干预效果的研究

Due to the Quality of Nursing Assisted Intervention Effects in Patients with Uveitis

目的:探讨因质施护对葡萄膜炎患者的辅助干预效果,以供临床参考。方法:以我院接受治疗的葡萄膜炎患者60例为研究对象,进行随机分组,均给予常规药物治疗。对照组实施常规护理,观察组因质施护。比较两组患者临床效果、半年复发率的差异。结果:与对照组相比较,观察组总有效率较高,半年复发率较低,有显著的统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:因质施护法对葡萄膜炎患者具有积极的辅助干预效果,防止复发,促进康复进程。

Objective：Explore because of the quality of nursing auxiliary intervention effect on patients with uveitis for clinical reference.Method：Uveitis 60 patients treated in our hospital for the study,conducted randomized were given conventional medication.Implementation of routine care control group,the observation group because of the quality of nursing.Comparing two groups of patients with clinical effect,half-year recurrence rate differences.Result：Compared with the control group,the observation group have higher efficiency and lower half-year recurrence rate,there is a statistically significant difference（P＆lt;0.05）.Conclusion：Positive patients with uveitis auxiliary intervention effect due to the Custodian of the quality measures to prevent recurrence,and promote the rehabilitation process.
