摘要
目的:探讨鼻内镜下手术治疗鼻息肉患者的有效临床护理对策。方法:选取我院收治的94例行鼻内镜下手术治疗的鼻息肉患者随机平均分为两组,对照组患者给予常规护理,观察组患者在常规护理基础上给予围手术期综合护理干预。结果:观察组患者通过围手术期综合护理干预后,治疗总有效率为94.5%,显著高于对照组的74.5%;观察组并发症发生率为6.4%,显著低于对照组的23.4%,组间差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:通过对行鼻内镜下手术治疗的鼻息肉患者实施有效的围手术期护理能够显著提高临床疗效,降低术后并发症的发生率。
Objective：To study the effective nursing of nasal endoscopic surgery in patients with nasal polyps.Methods： 94 cases were randomly divided into two groups： control group given routine nursing,observation group given comprehensive nursing intervention.Results： Observation group total effective rate was 94.5%,higher than 74.5% in control group;The observation group complication rate was 6.4%,lower than 23.4% in control group,difference significant（P＆lt;0.05）.Conclusion： Nasal endoscopic surgery in patients with nasal polyps implement effective nursing can improve clinical curative effect,reduce the complication rate.
