摘要
目的:探讨责任亲情交互式护理在重症监护室的应用效果。方法:收集本科室开展优质护理示范工程前后各98例患者,分为观察组和对照组。通过对患者和护理人员的双向调查比较优质护理实施前后的情况。结果:观察组和对照组的患者满意度调查三项指标与总满意率具有显著差异(P<0.05);观察组护理工作人员业务水平的自评、自我价值得分与对照组相比,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:优质护理示范工程调动了护患双方在疾病治疗护理过程中的积极性和协调性,促进了护患之间的良性发展。
Objective：To explore nursing responsibility family interactive in severe medicine application effect.Methods：Collect provide high quality nursing before and after the demonstration project all 98 patients,divided into two group.Comparative high quality nursing implementation of the situation before and after.Results：Two groups of satisfaction rate comparison,significant difference（P＆lt;0.05）;observation group nursing staff business level of self-evaluation and self value scores compared with the control,significant difference（P＆lt;0.05）.Conclusion：High quality nursing demonstration project played a good role.
