摘要 目的:阶段性总结和分析真菌分布情况及耐药性,以提高临床的治疗与预防效果,为我国医疗感染用药以及疾病治疗预防提供指导意见。方法:取我院患者送检的分泌物、尿液、粪便、咽拭子等的化验结果及药敏报告,经真菌培养鉴定,共检出酵母样真菌150例,药敏试验检测真菌的耐药性。结果:酵母样真菌分布按百分率由高到底排序为:白色念珠菌(65.33%)、光滑念珠菌(14.67%)、热带念珠菌(12%)、克柔念珠菌(5.33%)和近平滑念珠菌(2.67%)。按敏感率排序:两性霉素B(92%)、伏立康唑(75.33%)、氟胞嘧啶(64.67%)、益康唑(58%)、氟康唑(58%)、酮康唑(57.33%)、咪康唑(41.33%)、伊曲康唑(18%);按耐药率排序:两性霉素B(5.33%)、伏立康唑(7.33%)、氟康唑(15.33%)、氟胞嘧啶(29.33%)、咪康唑(32%)、益康唑(32.67%)、酮康唑(33.33%)、伊曲康唑(74.67%)。结论:白色念珠菌是酵母样真菌感染的主要菌种,两性霉素B可作为临床用药的首选,伏立康唑次之,抗菌素用药还应谨慎,勿滥用。 Objective:Phase summary and analysis of fungal distribution and drug resistance,to improve the treatment and prevention of clinical effect,and to provide guidance for our medical infection medication,and treatment of disease prevention.Methods:Secretions,ur ine,feces,throat swab test results and susceptibility reports of censorship in patients in our hospital.Fungal culture identified 150 cases were detected in the yeast-like fungi,susceptibility test for detection of fungal resistance.Results: Yeast-like fungi distribution by percentage high in the end sort:Candida glabrata,Candida albicans(65.33%)、Smooth candida(14.67%),Candida tropicalis(12%),krusei candidiasis(5.33%) and Candida parapsilosis(2.67%).Sort by sensitive rate:amphotericin B(92%),voriconazole(75.33%) of flucytosine(64.67%),econazole(58%),fluconazole(58%),ketoconazole(57.33%),the miconazole(41.33%),Iraq Qu itraconazole(18%);Sort by resistance rates:Amphotericin B(5.33%),voriconazole(7.33%),fluconazole(15.33%) of flucytosine(29.33%),miconazole(32%),econazole(32.67%),ketoconazole(33.33%),the Iraqi song itraconazole(74.67%).Conclusion:Candida albicans is the main strains of yeast-like fungal infections,amphotericin B as the first choice of clinical medicine,voriconazole followed,antibiotic medication should also be noted that caution,do not abuse.
