B类石英砂在充气料仓中的落料特性 被引量:1

摘要 在自行设计的有机玻璃充气料仓系统上对B类石英砂颗粒(真实密度2610kg/m3、平均粒径229μm)进行实验,研究了在不同半锥角料仓中单层和组合充气对落料特性的影响。结果表明:单层充气时,充气位置不宜过高或者过低,一般在锥段高度1/8附近为最佳。当气量较大时会出现喷射流、气压平衡拱等不同的落料现象。组合充气从落料速率和稳定性上都优于单层充气,通过优化组合充气可实现相同充气量下落料速率最大且稳定的落料过程。落料速率随半锥角增大而减小,但随着流化气量增大变化趋势减缓。充气位置越高气量越大,料位高度对落料速率的影响作用越明显。 The flow characteristics of silica sand (bulk density 2 610 kg/m3, particle diameter 229 Ixm) from an aeration plexiglass hopper was investigated. At single aeration , the aeration position should not too high or too low, and the best position is near the eighth hight of cone. Intermittent injection flows and gas pressure balance arc- hing would form when the gas flow was too large. Both the flow rate and stability of multiple aeration was better than single aeration , reasonable distribution of gas flow rate could discharge quickly and steadily. The flow rate of sand decreased with increasing hopper half-angle, but the decrease tion and big gas flow rate condition, the filling height of sand diminishing with gas flow rate. At high aeration posi- had obvious effect on flow rate.
