摘要
由于空间植物培养装置内有继电器、半导体片、交流电机等功率器件,对于微小模拟采集信号带来较强干扰,如何对模拟信号进行较好的滤波处理将直接影响到测量精度。为了提高信号测量精度,在经过调研多种传感器并结合实际航天工程需要,同时在对比多种滤波算法的基础上,将IIR数字滤波算法应用到模拟量信号采集中。实验表明,空间植物培养装置中选用的传感器结合滤波算法能得到较好的测量数据,通过闭环控制能较好地满足植物生长需求。
In the space plant cultivation device, there are semiconductor unit, AC motor device which cause in- terference for analog signal acquisition. The better filter process to analog signals will directly affect the accuracy of measurement. In order to improve the measurement precision, the IIR digital filter algorithm is applied to the ana- log signal acquisition combine with fitness sensors. Experimental results show that space plant cultivation device based on selected sensor and IIR filtering algorithm can obtain good measurement data, through closed-loop control can meet the growth of plants requirements.
