综合治疗女性尖锐湿疣的临床效果观察

Comprehensive treatment for female patients with condyloma acuminatum

目的:探讨女性尖锐湿疣综合治疗的临床效果。方法:我院治疗女性尖锐湿疣患者80例随机分为两组:观察组40例进行综合治疗,包括物理治疗、抗病毒治疗、抗菌治疗、中药消疣汤熏蒸治疗;对照组40例行常规物理治疗。观察并对比两组患者治愈效果和复发情况。结果:观察组与对照组治愈率分别为77.5%、40.0%,相比具有显著性差异(P<0.01);观察组治疗总有效率97.5%显著高于对照组的75.0%(P<0.05);治疗3～6个月内观察组复发率为5.1%,显著低于对照组的23.3%(P<0.05)。结论:综合法治疗女性尖锐湿疣治愈率高,治疗效果好,复发率低,值得临床推广。

Objectives： To discuss the clinical effect of comprehensive treatment for female patients with condyloma acumi- natum. Methods： 80 patients with condyloma acuminatum were randomly divided into two groups： the observation group com- posed of 40 cases receiving the comprehensive treatment including physiotherapy, antiviral therapy, antimicrobial treatment and Traditional Chinese Medicine fumigation therapy; the control group consisting of 40 cases receiving the conventional physical ther- apy. The treatment effect and recurrence rate of two group were compared. Results： The cure rate in the two groups were 77.5% and 40.0% respectively, and there is significant difference （ P 〈 0.01 ）. The total efficacy rate and cure rate in the control group were 75.0%, and that in the observation group were 97.5% （ P 〈 0.05）. All the patients were followed up for 3 ~ 6 months, and the recurrence rate of the observation group was 5.1%, significantly lower than 23.3% of the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Comprehensive treatment is effective in treating female patients with condyloma acuminatum.
