Effects of sexual life during pregnancy on maternal neonatal outcomes

妊娠期性生活随不同孕周对母体及妊娠结局影响不同。妊娠期性交会增加母体生殖系统炎症的发生,妊娠早期增加胚胎流产的可能。妊娠晚期性交会增加胎盘早剥、胎膜早破和早产的机率。因此不提倡妊娠早期和晚期(特别是最后一个月)内进行性生活,医生应给予更多的关注和科学的指导。

Sex intercourse during pregnancy on different maternal and gestational age has different effects. Intercourse dur- ing pregnancy may increase the incidence of maternal inflammation of the reproductive system. Intercourse during early pregnancy may increase the probability of abortion. Intercourse in late pregnancy may increase the probability of placental abruption, prema- ture rupture of membranes and preterm delivery. Therefore intercourse should not be advocated in early and late pregnancy （ espe- cially in the last month） and doctors should orovide more attention and scientifically sound ~uidance.
