摘要
为了解决同妻问题,本文采用文献分析法、案例分析法对同妻群体现状、困境进行分析。得出同妻问题存在的原因包括:社会开明程度有待提高、法制有待健全、社会工作有待加强的结论,并提出加强相关知识宣传、促成同性婚姻合法化、加强同妻法律保护力度、建立专门性同妻救助组织四项对策,从而为同妻提供立法保护和社会保护。
This paper uses document analysis and case study to analyze the current situations of gay men＇ s wives. This study finds out that the sad situation of gay men＇ s wives is due to the incomplete enlightenment of society, the weakness of legal system and the lack of social work. Finally, this paper puts forward four measures to protect gay men＇ s wives legally and socially ： to strengthen awareness campaign, to legalize gay marriage, to reinforce the legal protection for gay men＇ s wives and to establish an organization to support gay men＇s wives.
