Investigation of sex status and sexual life quality of civilians in Changsha city

目的:调查了解长沙市区市民性生活状况和质量。方法:用自制的调查表,随机对长沙部分人群进行匿名调查,就初次性体验、性伴侣状况、性生活频度、持续时间和满意度等进行调查分析。结果:305份调查表中,男159份,女146份;男性初次性交年龄16岁,最晚26岁,女性最早年龄13岁,最晚24岁;38.7%性生活前没有爱抚,性交体位均为男上女下,少数仅偶尔改变体位,有多个性伴侣的为2.8%(39/305);性生活频率每周1～2次占76%(230/305);男性中认为性生活不满意的达34.6%(55/159),女性中一半以上没有快感。结论:长沙市区市民性生活问题较多,急需宣传教育,以便建设和谐家庭。

Objectives： To investigate the sex status and sexual life quality of civilians in Changsha. Method： Parts of civilians in Changsha were randomly given anonymous surveys. We recycled 397 questionnaires, of which 305 were suitable for this research. We studied and analyzed first sexual experience, the age of marriage, status of sexual partner as well as duration, frequency and satisfaction of sexual life. Results： There were 159 males and 146 females involved in the investigation, and they were aged from 19 to 70, at the average of 29. 48. Age of first sexual experience was from 16 to 26 in male and from 13 to 24 in female. The rate of caress before sexual imemourse was only 38.7%. We were told by most of the respondents that they usually took traditional face to face position, and they seldom changed the positions. 39 respondents, which is 2.8% of the total, have multiple sexual partners. The sexual intercourse fre- quency was 1 -2 times per week in 76% people（230/305. The percentage of unsatisfactory sex life was 24.6% （55/159） in male. Fe- male has no pleasant sensation in over half of sexual life. Conclusion： Sexual life problems among Changsha civilians are very com- mon. Awareness campaign and education of sexual life are needed to help build harmonious families.
