老年2型糖尿病合并冠心病的危险因素分析

Analysis of risk factors of coronary heart disease in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus

目的 探讨老年2型糖尿病（T2DM）合并冠心病的危险因素。方法选择2010年8月至2012年8月我院收治的120例2型糖尿病患者为研究对象，根据是否合并冠心病将其分为两组，对两组患者的临床资料进行比较分析，探讨影响T2DM合并冠心病的危险因素。结果观察组的病程、BMI、SBP、TG、HDL—C、LDL—C、uA等指标与对照组相比差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。Logistic回归分析结果显示，糖尿病合并冠心病的危险因素为病程〉10年、高血压、高血脂、高血清尿酸。结论病程〉10年、高血压、高血脂、高血清尿酸为老年2型糖尿病合并冠心病的危险因素。

Objective To explore the risk factors of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes with coronary heart disease. Method Select 2010 August to 2012 August in type 2 diabetic patients in our hospital, 120 cases as the research object, according to whether the patients with coronary heart disease can be divided into two groups, a comparative analysis of the clinical data of two groups, to explore the influence of risk factors of CHD patients with T2DM. Results Compared with the observation group course, BMI, SBP, TG, HDL-C, LDL-C, UA index （P〈0.05） and the control group, with statistical difference. Logistic regression analysis showed that diabetic patients with coronary heart disease, risk factors for the course of more than. Conclusion： The course of more than 10 years, hypertension, high blood fat, high serum uric acid as the risk in elderly type 2.diabetic patients with coronary heart disease factors.
