栽植带覆草对五味子叶片光合作用年变化的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的:研究五味子晚霜及药害防控措施,降低晚霜及药害对五味子的危害。方法:利用便携式光合仪(CIRAS-2)和光合作用监测仪(PTM-48M)研究了栽植带覆草对五味子叶片光合特性及径流率的影响。结果:栽植带覆草后,推迟了物候期,有效减轻了霜害及药害的发生。虽然在幼叶期叶片净光合速率和径流率较低,但随着叶片发育为功能叶,其净光合速率和径流率逐渐升高,在后期高于对照。结论:通过栽植带覆草可以有效推迟五味子的萌芽时期,但不影响植株全年的光合积累,同时有利于避开晚霜危害及除草剂漂移危害,可以作为五味子防霜的一项措施。 Objective: Study prevention and control measure of spring frost and phytotoxicity to Schisandra chinensis (Turcz.) Baill. Methods: Using a portable photosynthesis apparatus (CIRAS-2) and photosynthesis monitor (PTM-48M), the change of photosynthesis and stem flow was detected by application of covering grass plantation in Schisandra chinensis. Results: Covering grass in the planting area Of Schisandra chinensis effectively delayed its phenology, reduced spring frost and phytotoxicity damage. Although a relative lower net photosynthetic rate and stem flow in young leaf by covering grass at leaf development stage was detected, these indexes were / increased, even sprouting period, higher than that in control at final. Conclusion: Covering grass plantation could effectively but didn' t have effect on plant photosynthesis accumulation in Schisandra chinensis. It beneficial to avoid frost damage and herbicide drift hazards.
