摘要
本文介绍了一种应用光化学方法清除粘附在物体界面上的有机化合物的实验;给出了它的工作机理,实验方法以及俄歇电子能谱分析结果。实验结果表明,应用紫外光/臭氧不仅能够彻底地清除粘附在物体表面上的碳和碳氢化合物,同样可能彻底地清除粘附在物体界面上的污染物。
An experiment of cleaning the organic molecules absorbed on the interface with photochemical method is described. The mechanism, the experimental method and the AES results are given. The results show that the photosensitized oxidation process of UV/O3 for the organic molecules is effective not only for the surface but also for the interface of sub-itances.
