正元芸生滴丸治疗单纯型糖尿病视网膜病变98例临床观察

Clinical obseruation of Zheng Yuan Yun Sheng dropping pills in treatment of pure diabetic retinopating in 98 cases

目的探讨正元芸生滴丸治疗单纯型糖尿病视网膜病变的临床效果。方法选取98例(169眼)糖尿病视网膜病变患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,其中对照组49例(88眼),给予常规治疗;观察组49例(81眼),在对照组基础上采用口服正元芸生滴丸进行治疗。观察两组患者视网膜改变、视力的改善及自觉症状改善情况。结果观察组治疗后,视网膜改变总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),视力的改善及自觉症状的改善优于对照组(P<0.01),差异有统计学意义。结论正元芸生滴九对糖尿病视网膜病变患者有提高视力、改善眼底状况的作用。

Objective To study the effect of Zheng Yun Sheng dropping pills in treatment of pure diabetic retinopathy. Methods 98 patients with diabetic retinopathy were divided into treatment group and control group randomly.The 49 patients （88 eyes） of control group were treated by basic treatment; the 49 patients （81 eyes） of treatment group were treated by Zheng Yun Sheng dropping pills.Observe the retinal changes, visual function and the symptom changes. Results The retinal changes in treatment group was better than in control group （P0.05）.The visual function and symptom changes in treatment group were better than in control group （P0.01）. Conclusion The Zheng Yun Sheng dropping pills has obvious curative effect on visual functional recovery and retinal recovery for the patients with diabetic retinopathy.
