药剂学课程小组合作学习的实践与思考

Practice and reflection of group cooperative learning in pharmaceutics

小组合作学习是在教师主导下,师生研讨、协作交流的一种学习方式.通过小组合作学习,能够充分发挥群体的积极功能,提高个体的学习动力和能力,达到完成特定的教学任务的目的,能够有效地改善学习环境,扩大参与面,提高学生多方面能力,促进学生良好品质的发展,因而受到广泛关注,成为课堂教学组织的主要形式之一.在药剂学课程教学过程中,结合教学内容尝试采用了小组合作学习的形式.本文从小组合作学习的必要性、实施过程、思考三个方面就此进行了阐述,说明小组合作学习的有效组织对教学效果的重要影响.教师应当加强研究、积极探索,不断提高小组合作学习的实效性,真正让学生在合作学习的过程中有所收获和提高.

Due to its significant effectiveness,cooperative learning group currently is believed to be the most successful and the most important teaching reform.In the process of teaching pharmaceutics,Ⅰ try to use the form of cooperative learning group combining with the teaching content,and have deep feelings for its actual effect.In this paper based on the personal practices,learning from the successful experience of the others in the group cooperative learning aspects,the author try to expound from three aspects,the necessity of cooperative learning group,the implementation process and the experience.
