摘要
目的 调查与分析按照教学需求进行耳鼻咽喉科学见习教学的效果.方法 自编调查问卷在见习教学前后对山西医科大学2007级七年制临床医学专业85名学生进行问卷调查,并根据见习前的调查结果结合教学大纲设计见习教学,分析学生见习前后教学需求的差异,并将学生的考核成绩与没有开展教学需求调查的2006级七年制临床医学专业90名学生的成绩进行比较.结果 2007级学生对见习教学方法及教师的期望值较见习前有差别,考核成绩明显优于2006级学生.结论 见习前的教学需求调查结果及结合教学大纲设计的见习教学有助于培养和提高学生的临床能力.
Objective To survey and analysis the significance and purpose of probation practice according to the teaching requirements of otolaryngol.Methods The otolaryngol probation teaching contents was designed according to the teaching requirements and teaching syllabus.Results The medical students' interest in learning and learning demand were obviously improved,and the application ability and professional knowledge of otolaryngology were apparently increased.Conclusion It has a significant reference value for the reform of otolaryngology teaching and the improvement of students' clinical competence.
