护理专业学生发生锐器损伤情况的调查与对策

Investigation on the occurrence of sharp instrument injury and countermeasures of nursing students

目的 调查护理专业学生发生锐器损伤的情况,提出预防锐器损伤的对策.方法 采用问卷调查方法对98名护理学专业学生锐器损伤的发生情况进行了解.结果 有77名护理专业学生发生过锐器损伤,锐器损伤发生率78.6％,累计发生123次,其中配药掰安瓿发生76次,占61.8％,占首位；各学历间有明显差异性（P＜0.05）,中专护理专业学生发生率高；发生锐气损伤后清楚处理流程占87.0％；发生时带教教师在现场占87.8％；结论 虽然经过职业损伤相关知识的岗前培训,但护理专业学生在临床实习中职业防护依从性仍需提高,不断强化职业安全教育,对实习期间的锐器损伤安全管理刻不容缓.

Objective Investigate nursing students sharps injuries,proposed countermeasures to prevent sharps injuries.Method Investigate 98 nursing students sharps injuries occurred in the form of issuance of the questionnaire table.Results The 77 nursing students occurred sharps injuries,78.6％ of the incidence of sharps injuries,the cumulative incidence of 123 times,dispensing breaking off the ampoule occurred 76 times,accounting for 61.8％,accounted for the first; There are the obvious differences between the various academic （P＜0.05）,secondary nursing students has a high incidence; sharps happened after injury clear processing procedure accounted for 87.0％,occurs with a teacher in the field accounted for 87.8％.Conclusions Although the pre-service training through the knowledge of occupational injury,nursing students in clinical practice occupational protection still need to improve compliance,continue to strengthen occupational safety education,safety management internship during sharps injuries urgent_
