摘要
为了缓解儿科医师“荒”,有效保证儿科学人才培养质量,提高医院的综合实力,湖南省儿童医院与南华大学共同组建了儿科学临床教学基地.医院通过成立教学管理机构、加强师资队伍建设、完善教学设施、开展教学评价与奖励等系列措施,健全了医院儿科学教学体系,提升了临床教师素质,规范了临床教学过程管理,取得了较好的教学效果.
In order to relieve serious shortage of pediatrician or the so-called "pediatric famine",Hunan Children's Hospital and University of South China set up clinical teaching base collaboratively to ensure pediatric personnel training quality and to enhance the comprehensive power of the hospital.Through a series of measures of establishing teaching management organization,strengthening faculty construction,improving teaching devices,initiating teaching assessment and corresponding incentive system,Hunan Children' s Hospital' s clinical education system was optimized,teaching quality was promoted and clinical teaching process management was standardized with better teaching effects.
