摘要
针对牙周病学研究生的教育特点和培养目标,北京大学口腔医院牙周科多年来在《北京大学医学部研究生课程教学大纲》基础上,制定了一系列与国际接轨的研究生培养模式,包括牙周病学研究生临床技能培养及分层指导、定期规范化英文病例汇报及定期经典文献回顾、新进展文献学习等.在提高牙周科研究生临床技能、发现临床问题、提出问题等能力训练方面发挥重要作用.本文着重分析我科研究生定期经典文献回顾、新进展文献学习的特点及在实施过程中存在的问题,并进行初步评估,结果表明,加强牙周科研究生文献课学习不仅有利于提高学生自主学习、自我知识更新的能力,而且也有利于教师教学质量的提高,教学相长,深受学生、教师好评.
In order to meet the characteristics and training objectives of periodontology postgraduate education,the department of periodontology at Peking University School and Hospital of Stomatology formulated a series of international postgraduate training mode over the years,including the clinical skills training and hierarchical guidance,regular standardized English cases report and regularly classic literature review,the new progress literature study.These measures played an important role in postgraduate training.This article focuses on the existing problems and preliminary improvement and evaluation of classic literature review and new progress literature learning.The results show that strengthen periodontal postgraduate literature study not only help to improve the independent learning capacity of postgraduate students',but also conducive to the improvement of teaching quality.
