基层医院继续医学教育现状调查

现代医学发展日新月异,继续医学教育十分必要.本文作者为了解边远地区基层医院继续教育的现状及发展方向,为边远地区医疗发展提供信息.对内蒙古通辽地区霍林郭勒市人民医院的在职医务人员进行问卷调查,主要内容包括：了解目前基层医院采用的继续教育的方式,基层医务人员对目前继续教育的满意度、困惑及对今后继续教育的建议.并调查基层医务人员对临床科研的看法及需求.结果显示：提高继续教育课程质量是目前继续教育亟需解决的问题,应对边远地区医务人员提供更多交流的机会,网络学习是一种有前景的继续教育方式.应当加强基层医院人员临床科研技能的培训.

As the progress of modern medical science never stops,continuing medical education is always needed.The author used a questionnaire to investigate the present situation and its developing orientation of continuing medical education in a rural area.89 subjects in a local hospital in Neimengu province were recruited in the study.Data collected included：present approach of continuing medical education in the local area,The attitude of medical workers towards continuing education and their expectations about future orientation.Conclusions：To improve the quality of courses is very important in continuing medical education.More opportunities as go-out learning and attending medical conferences are also needed.Long distance intemet learning is a very prospective learning method.To improve the ability of clinical research is also necessary.
