医学院校学生评教的影响因素与对策

Discussing on influence factors and countermeasures of student evaluation of teacher in medical schools

学生评教已经成为医学院校教学质量评价的重要手段之一,但在实施过程中效果并不理想.本文对医学院校学生评教过程中的影响因素进行了梳理与分析,提出了提高学生评教有效性的对策和建议,为医学院校完善学生评教工作提供参考.

Student evaluation of teacher is the key part of teaching quality evaluation in medical schools.In this paper,influence factors on student evaluation of teacher were analyzed,and countermeasures on improving its effectiveness were put forward,in order to provide reference for medical schools to improve student evaluation of teacher.
