摘要
八年制医学教育致力于培养能够参与国际竞争与合作的医学精英.培养八年制医学生的科研能力,对其适应21世纪的挑战至关重要.美国一流医学院校医学生科研能力培养的特点,尤其是早期、全程、缜密的科研训练安排,为我国八年制医学生科研能力的培养提供了参考,科研训练时间的安排、课程与科研项目的建设、早期全程导师制的建立、专门组织机构的设立应当成为八年制医学教育改革的重点.
The eight-year program in China is designed to cultivate advanced healthcare talents competitive in the global community.As the 21st century emphasizes scientific research,research skills have become a key to the success of eight-year program education.The first-class medical schools in the US develop students' research skills through early,rigorous,and whole-process training.In reference to this approach,our program should optimize the research training schedule,improve the course and project design,establish the mentorship in an early stage and through the whole program,and set up a specialized management committee.
