冠心病合并左心室壁瘤的手术治疗

Coronary Heart Disease and Left Ventricular Aneurysm Surgery

目的为了更深入的研究对冠心病且伴有左心室壁瘤进行手术的临床治疗。方法选取我院2010年6月至2011年12月接纳并治疗的20例患有冠心病且左心室有壁瘤的病患进行室壁瘤成形外科手术,其中使用左心室减容术11例、大动脉调转术5例、左心室间隔修补术4例。结果术中无死亡,术后死亡2例。术后定期随访,2例患者仍存在心绞痛症状,其余16例患者的症状基本消失。超声心动图显示左心室的内径明显缩小。结论对患有冠心病且左心室有壁瘤的病患进行室壁瘤形成外科手术。有显著的治疗效果,值得在临床医学中推广。

Objective To study clinical treatment for further operation on coronary heart disease with left ventricular aneurysm. Methods Selected in our hospital from 2010 June to 2011 December admission and treatment of 20 cases of coronary heart disease and left ventricular aneurysm patients undergoing aneurysm forming surgical operation, including the use of left ventricular volume reduction surgery in 11 cases, arterial switch operation in 5 cases, left ventricular septal defect in 4 cases. Results There was no death during the operation, 2 patients died after operation. Regular follow-up after operation, 2 patients still have symptoms of angina, the remaining 16 patients symptoms disappeared. Ultrasonic heartbeat graph shows the diameter of left ventricular was significantly reduced. Conclusion The patients with left ventricular aneurysm surgical operation for patients suffering from coronary heart disease and left ventricular. Has significant therapeutic effect, is worthy to be popularized in clinical medicine.
