冠心病患者心理压力与社会支持的相关性分析

The Correlation Analysis on Metal Stress and Social Support of the Patients with CHD GAO

目的探讨冠心病患者心理压力与社会支持水平及其二者之间的关系。方法采用中文版知觉心理压力量表(CPSS)和社会支持评定量表(SSRS)对120例老年冠心病患者(研究组)和120例健康老年人(对照组)进行调查。结果①研究组SSRS总分明显低于对照组(P<0.01),而CPSS评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);②CPSS与SSRS存在负相关性。结论冠心病患者支持水平较低,心理压力较大,医护工作者应增强患者社会支持水平,减轻心理压力,以有利于他们的康复。

Objeetive To explore the level of the metal stress and social support of the patients with CHD and their relation. Methods 120 old age patients with CHD （study group ）And 120 health old age crowds（control group） were researched by CPSS and SSRS. Results （1）The total points of CPSS of study group was lower than that of control group（P〈0.01）, but the score of S SRS was higher than that of control group（P〈0.01）. （2）There was negative correlation between CPSS and SSRS. Conclusion The patients with CHD have lower level of SSRS and big more metal stress. The medical care workers ought to enhance social support level of the patients, lighten their metal stress, in order to help their rehabilitation.
