In this paper ,a amart power integrated circuit which collects bipolar , cmos and VDMOS on a chip , if described . The princuple for each function block of the circuit is introduced and the desigh of the circuit, Layout and technology are given. At lost, the experimental results show that the cirauit could be used to construct a good smart switcher power.
