摘要
本文用spp(surface-plasmon-polariton)的色散关系的量子力学表示式,讨论了薄膜MIM隧道结的起始发光电压(阈值电压);描述了几种系统MIM结的I-V特性曲线、发射光谱特性曲线,负阻效应及稀土元素的作用.
We discussed the “ ignition valtage”of the MIM tunnelling Junction from the dispersion expression of quantum Mechanics and described the I-V curves of some MIM structure systems , their emission spectra , the phenomenonof negative resistence , and the role of rare metals in these systems .
