论高职院校图书馆馆长选任机制创新

高职院校图书馆对高职院校完成教学科研等工作有重要作用,馆长对图书馆发展有重要影响。在目前高职院校图书馆馆长聘任过程中,由于对馆长选任重视不够,选任过程中缺乏透明度及竞争机制,高职院校图书馆馆长选任常常所任非人,制约了高职院校图书馆发展。本文认为在高职院校图书馆馆长选任过程中首先要重视馆长选任工作,其次要充分授权,还应该改革高职院校图书馆组织。
