油茶结实对不同叶龄叶片部分生理指标和影响

Effect of Bearing on Some Physiological Indexes of Different Age Leaf Blade of Camellia oleifera

对油茶结果枝和非结果枝上不同叶龄叶片部分生理指标进行测定，结果表明，结果枝当年生叶片面积较小，叶绿素含量和光合速率处于较低水平；从４月２５日至５月底，３年生叶片的叶绿素含量和光合速率迅速下降，其可溶性蛋白质含量和核糖核酸水解酶活性明显上升，２年生叶片的叶绿素含量和光合速率也表现出下降趋势。

Determination was made on Some physiological indexes of leaf blade of Camellia oleifera. The results showed that, one-year-old leaf blade on fruit branch had smaller leaf area and its chlorophyll content and photosynthesis rate were lower from 25 of April to the last ten days of may, and that chlorophyll content and photosynthesis rate of 3-year-old leaf blade rapidly decreased and its soluable protein content and activity of ribonucleic acid hydrolase greatly increased. Chlorophyll content and photosynthesis rate also appeared decreasing tendency.
