摘要
白度是元明粉产品质量的一项重要指标 ,但按原工艺规程进行生产 ,白度≥ 80却很难达到。通过实验选用新工艺规程 ,蒸发先加清硝液至中液面 ,后按比例交替补充清液和母液进行生产 ,3~ 4d后 ,待白度 <80时母液排放到母液集存池 ,以备集中生产二级品 ,经这样处理 ,产品一级品率 ,特别是白度≥ 80占 90 %以上 ,二级品占 10 %以下。
The whiteness of glauber salt is an important index for the products. However, it is difficult to make the whiteness up to 80 if the production is made according to the original technique. This article discusses a new technique through experiments. First, during the evaporation process, the clean nitre liquid is filled up to the medium level and then the clean nitre liquid and the mother liquid are alternately filled in proportions. Three or four days later, when the whiteness reaches lower than 80, the mother liquid is disposed into a collecting vessel of the mother liquid so as to produce second class products. After these processes, the first class product rate, especially the rate of the whiteness of above 80, makes up more 90% and the second class product rate is less than 10%.
