中西医结合治疗慢性肺源性心脏病急性发作期的临床观察

COMBINED TREATMENT OF BOTH TRADITIONAL CHINESE AND WESTERN MEDICINE FOR CHRONIC PULMONARY HEART DISEASE INTHE ACUTE ATTACKING STAGE

目的 :观察鱼腥草注射液加复方丹参注射液治疗慢性肺源性心脏病 (肺心病 )急性发作期的疗效。方法 :107例肺心病急性发作期患者随机分为2组。西医组53例给予持续流量吸氧、保持呼吸道通畅、止咳祛痰平喘、抗感染、强心、利尿等综合治疗;中西医组54例在西医组治疗基础上静脉滴注鱼腥草注射液和复方丹参注射液。两组均于治疗前、后测定流变学等指标并进行疗效判断。结果 :中西医组治疗后血液流变学各项指标均有显著改善 (P均<0.05) ,且优于西医组。中西医组和西医组治疗后总有效率分别为90.74 %和83.02 % ,经统计学处理有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论 :肺心病急性发作期加用具有清肺化痰活血化瘀功效的鱼腥草注射液和复方丹参注射液治疗效果显著 。

Objective: To study the effectiveness of the combined treatment with houttuynia injectio and compound red sage root injectio for chronic pulmonary heart disease in its acute attacking stage. Method: 107 patients with acute attack of pulmonary heart disease were divided randomly into 2 groups, 53 in the Western medicine group and 53 in the Traditional Chinese medicine group. The Western medicine group was cared with constant low volume of oxygen inhalation, clear respiratory tract, relieved from cough, sputum, asthma, infections, exerted a tonic on the heart to induce diuresis. The Traditional Chinese medicine group was treated in the same way as the Western medicine group in addition to an intravenous dripping of houttuynia injectio and compound red sage root injectio. Both groups were tested rheologically for the evaluation of therapeutic effectiveness before and after the treatment. Results: The results in the Traditional Chinese medicine group was better than those in the Western medicine group (P<0.05) with a total effective rate as 90.74% and 83.02% respectively. There was a remarkable difference statistically (P<0.05). No adverse reaction to the treatment was noticed. Conclusion: With the effect of removing heat from the lungs, dissolving phlegm and promoting blood circulation by removing blood stasis, houttuynia injectio and compound red sage root injectio are effective and safe when used additionally in the treatment of chronic pulmonary heart disease in the acute attacking stage.
