摘要
本文通过用古德曼疲劳准则分析计算螺栓联接的疲劳强度安全系数来讨论预紧力对螺栓联接疲劳强度的影响,推导了在螺栓联接产生分离条件下疲劳强度安全系数的计算公式,同时也讨论了预紧力振动松弛与螺纹根部局部屈服对螺栓联接疲劳强度的影响。
This paper used Goodman's rule to analyze the effect of preload on bolt joint fatigue strength. A relation to calculate the factor of safety for fatigue strength under the condition of joint separation has been derived. The effect of vibration loosening of joint preload and local plastic deformation at thread root on bolt joint fatigue strength has also been discussed.
